Founded on service calls nobody else could solve.

Established in 2010 by Alan Dodds, AV Doctors is a full-service, turnkey design and installation company for custom electronics — licensed, bonded and insured for both residential and commercial work.

Eighteen years of other people’s wiring.

Most of our first calls start the same way: a system that was sold well and installed badly. Remotes that control nothing, speakers wired out of phase, a network that drops the moment three streams run at once. We diagnose it, explain it in plain language, and fix the cause rather than the symptom.

That diagnostic habit shapes how we build new systems too. Every project starts with the room, the sight lines, the seating and the way the family actually lives — then the equipment list, the wire plan, and the control layout follow from it.

Projects have ranged from a single entertainment-system upgrade to large residential and commercial builds. The scale changes; the standard does not.
